Blog Control

Blogs can have the following settings:

Public - Anyone may view the forum. You may specify whether anonymous posting is allowed on the settings page.

Members Only - Only registered users can view the forum.

Read Only - Anyone can read the posts in this forum, but only approved users can post.

Approved Users Only - Only registered users you have approved can view the forum.

Reply Only - Only the admin and approved users may start topics. Anyone can reply.

If you want your blogs set for only approved users, then you will have to contact admin to set who is approved. At this time, that's all this program allows...as far as I can see.

We can also set it up so that each person is able to edit comments and/or moderate comments within their own personal blog.Allowing each blogger to delete posts or edit posts from their blogincluding responses others made to their blog.Edits to other people's posts results in an automatic "edited by name/date" comment. So that it can be seen that the blogger edited the comments. I'm thinking that this should be an automatic setting upon creating a new blog.

[edited by Elro to fix major security hole, sorry]

OK I have an idea that's kind of sketchy but hopefully the admins will forgive me.
